Cork Airbnb Care works locally, focusing on Cork city and nearby areas.

This includes Cork City as well as locations within a short drive of the city, including the towns of Fermoy, Midleton and Youghal.

Keeping the service local means I can personally handle cleaning, laundry, guest check-ins and any issues that come up — without relying on third parties.

Cork Airbnb Care is a small, local Airbnb management service — and that’s very intentional.

Unlike large management companies, I don’t pass your property between different teams or contractors. I look after everything myself:

• cleaning and laundry
• welcoming guests and being their local contact
• day-to-day communication
• keeping an eye on the property

This means clear communication, consistent standards and real accountability. Owners know exactly who is responsible, and guests know they’re dealing with a real person who lives locally.

I focus on doing fewer properties well, rather than managing as many as possible.
