Bayview Lodge is a new boutique 14-bedroom hotel opening in Downings in June 2026, and we are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to become part of a brand-new hospitality venue from the very beginning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and management team to help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for high-quality food and local Irish produce. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy hotel kitchen environment and be confident working as part of a fast-paced team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
✅ Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
✅ Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
✅ Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
✅ Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
✅ Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent service
✅ Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a busy hotel kitchen
✅ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure
✅ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
✅ Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
