The encore finale of Oklahoma! at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre was pure theatre magic. 🌾🎶

An outstanding cast, a fantastic live orchestra and some of the most beloved songs in musical theatre combined for a genuinely uplifting night.

The audience were on their feet, the applause just kept coming, and you could feel how much this production meant to everyone involved.

What a way to close the show. ✨👏❤️

🌾🎶 Oklahoma! at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre was an absolute joy from start to finish.

This dazzling new all-Irish production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s beloved classic delivers everything you could want from a musical — stunning vocals, memorable songs, beautiful staging and a fantastic live orchestra bringing every note to life.

David James Whelan and Molly Lynch were superb as Curly and Laurey, bringing warmth, charm and genuine chemistry to the stage. But the supporting cast deserve huge praise too.

✨ Rachel Gaughan was a scene-stealer as Ado Annie, delivering plenty of laughs and energy throughout the show.

✨ Sacha Koplewsky brought great charisma and humour as Will Parker.

✨ Oliver Flitcroft gave a powerful and compelling performance as Jud Fry.

✨ Molly Logan was wonderful as Aunt Eller, bringing warmth, wisdom and plenty of personality to every scene.

✨ Enda Oates and Julian Capolei also added fantastic character and humour to the production.

The entire ensemble deserves enormous credit as well. Their energy, vocals and choreography helped create a vibrant, joyful atmosphere that never dipped for a moment.

From Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’ to People Will Say We’re in Love, this production celebrates everything that has made Oklahoma! a musical theatre classic for over 80 years.

A thoroughly entertaining night out and another impressive in-house production from Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.

From the first note to the final standing ovation, this production was absolutely breathtaking. The scale of the arena staging, the incredible live orchestra, and a truly star-studded cast combined to create one of the most spectacular musical theatre experiences I’ve ever seen.

An intimate, sold-out night with Gavin James at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin 🎶

You could feel it from the start… the nerves, the honesty, the comeback. After months away, Gav stepped back on stage and gave everything ❤️

From Coming Home to Always, Glow to Tired, and of course Afterlife… every song hit that bit deeper in a stripped-back acoustic setting.

There was something really special about the vulnerability throughout — quiet moments, a few laughs, and a crowd completely locked in.

And that finale… a stunning cover of City of Stars from La La Land ✨ just magic.

Made the most of the sunshine ☀️ with our annual pass at and finally checked out the newly opened Rainforest House 🌿

Stepping inside feels like a proper tropical escape 🌴
We spotted:
• Venezuelan red howler monkeys 🐒
• Two-toed sloths 🦥
• Bolivian squirrel monkeys 🐒
• White-faced saki monkeys

The whole space is really immersive — warm, lush, and designed to reflect real rainforest climates 🌿

We also visited the meerkats, where 5 new arrivals from Fota Wildlife Park have moved into their redesigned habitat 🏜️
It now mirrors their natural desert & savannah environment, complete with sandy burrows.

Other highlights:
🦖 Zoorassic World — Stan the T-Rex, crocodiles 🐊 & reptiles
🐘 Elephants in the Kaziranga Forest Trail enjoying the sunshine
🏔️ Himalayan Hills — red pandas, snow leopards & dholes
🦧 Orangutans & 🦁 lions on the way out

Such a relaxing way to spend a sunny afternoon ☀️🌿
