☘️The festivities of St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland begins on the eve of the official date, March 17th.
Even at the beginning of the month, the streets are already starting to be decorated with green and the various pubs, which are one of the biggest attractions of this European country, are already planning different programs.
The decorations draw the attention of any tourists and also of the locals to enjoy St Patrick’s Day. There's a lot of music, and of course, you can't miss the great diversity of Irish beers and beers from other parts of the world to complement the party.
Saint Patrick was a Christian missionary who evangelized the Irish and eventually became the country's patron saint. It's worth visiting St Patrick's Cathedral without queuing in Dublin.
The saint's original name was Maewyn Succat and despite his importance to Ireland, he would have been born in Great Britain, in the English city of Banwen, at the end of the 4th century. ☘️
