We’ve been lucky enough to take some amazing people out on the Perfect Pint Tour—but it’ll be nearly impossible to ever top this one.

Before you ask: yes, he and his family are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—exactly as you’d hope.

Surreal to see him talk about our tour a year later.

They say you shouldn’t meet your heroes… We don’t buy that for a second.

What a privilege it was for Dave and me to be invited by to showcase the Perfect Pint Tour at ILTM in Cannes, France — the largest luxury travel trade show in the world!

We were both very proud to represent Ireland on the world stage alongside some amazing hotels, DMCs, and venues from across our incredible country!

Big shout out to Siobhan and Jennifer for including us!

We of course brought the Guinness and the rain with us!
