Meet the DDT Team: Lisa ✨
Four years ago today, the wonderful Lisa joined Delicious Dublin Tours as a food tour guide.
When she’s not sharing Dublin’s food stories with our guests, she works as a cookery instructor at Airfield Estate, Dublin’s urban farm. Lisa also holds an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies from TU Dublin.
To celebrate, we asked Lisa what she loves most about being a food tour guide with us, and, of course, what her favourite Irish food is. 🦪
We’re so lucky to have such a knowledgeable, passionate and thoughtful host on our team.
