Then we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet you at your property to take photos, learn more about your needs while you’re away, and set up your Airbnb profile. This all takes less than 30 minutes and you’re ready to go! We’ll tailor your listing and start booking guests for the months you are away. Once you leave for the summer we can come and clean your home and arrange storage of your personal belongings. When a guest makes a booking on Airbnb, the full payment made is broken into 3 parts: the nightly fee, a cleaning fee, and a service fee.

Summer is just around the corner, and so is your opportunity to make money while you're away. Here's some info on the first steps in getting started with AirManaged.

First, we call you to answer any outstanding questions, determine your availability and guest preferences and schedule a home visit to take photos of your property. With your availability and property photos we will generate your profile on Airbnb.com. Guests can begin booking and we will vet each guest request per your terms. For example, if you do not want anybody under 25 staying in your property while you are away, we can ensure that won’t happen. To make your departure hassle free, we are now offering a full service clean at no cost to you in preparation for guests. Plus, if you have any personal items that you need to leave behind we provide free storage to give you that peace of mind.
