As part of our continued growth and expansion, Nolan Coaches is now recruiting for a number of Bus and Coach Driver roles. With over 80 years of proud service in the transport industry, Nolan Coaches is one of Ireland’s leading operators, providing school transport, corporate staff shuttles, private hire, and touring services nationwide.

We are looking for professional, reliable and customer-focused drivers to join our team and represent Nolan Coaches on the road. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established, family-owned company that is investing heavily in its people, fleet, and future growth.

🔹 Current Vacancies:
✅ Full-Time Coach Drivers – based at our Headquarters in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, operating a variety of services including private hire, contract work, corporate shuttles, and tours.
✅ Part-Time Coach Drivers – also based at Clonshaugh, suitable for drivers looking for part-time positions with set rosters.
✅ Part-Time School Bus Drivers – operating school transport routes in Cabra (Dublin 7) and Crumlin (Dublin 12). These roles are ideal for those seeking steady, school-term employment with regular hours in the morning and afternoon.

🔑 Essential Requirements (all applicants must have):

A Full D Driving Licence

An up-to-date CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

A valid Tachograph Card

🚍 Coach 593 Hits the Road for NFL Week in Dublin! 🏈

Today marks the beginning of an incredibly exciting week for everyone at Nolan Coaches as we send out Executive Wheelchair Accessible Coach 593 on tour with our long-standing partners, Abbey Events, for the arrival of NFL Football in Dublin.

Coach 593 is one of the flagships of our fleet — a fully executive, wheelchair accessible coach that combines luxury seating, modern accessibility features, and a premium travel experience for all passengers. It’s a perfect example of our commitment to ensuring that every journey is inclusive, without compromising on style, comfort, or efficiency.

This marks the first deployment of many Nolan Coaches vehicles that will be working throughout the city this week, supporting Abbey Events with the massive logistical challenge of moving teams, staff, media, and guests. Our coaches will be operating across a number of venues and schedules to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Hosting an event of this scale is a real privilege. With thousands of visitors, packed schedules, and global attention on Dublin, our team is proud to play such a vital part in ensuring that the transport side is handled with the professionalism and reliability that Nolan Coaches is known for. Our drivers, operations staff, and vehicles are fully geared up for what promises to be one of the busiest and most exciting weeks of the year.

🚍 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS (CABRA & JULIANSTOWN AREAS) 🚍

Nolan Coaches are looking for friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious drivers to join our team and operate 16-seater minibuses on local school transport runs in the Cabra and Julianstown areas.

These are part-time split-shift roles – perfect if you want mornings and afternoons free in between school runs. The bus will be assigned to you and can be kept at your home.

💶 Pay: €400 – €450 per week
🚌 Vehicle: Company-owned 16-seater minibus
🕒 Hours: Part-time (mornings & afternoons, Monday to Friday during school term)
📍 Locations: Cabra & Julianstown – ideal for local drivers

What You Need:
✅ D1 (or full D) driving licence
✅ Valid CPC card & Driver Qualification Card
✅ Garda Vetting is mandatory (we will assist if you are not already vetted)
✅ Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner with pupils and parents

Your Role Will Include:

Collecting and dropping off students safely and on time

Completing daily walk-around checks of the bus

Keeping the bus clean and presentable

📍 Coach 069 | Touring the Kingdom with Niall

Our MIDI Coach 069 is back on the road this week with the brilliant Niall at the helm, guiding his group through a multi-day tour of Ireland that kicked off just yesterday. Today’s destination? The spectacular County Kerry – a land of dramatic landscapes, winding country roads, and postcard-perfect views around every corner. 🇮🇪✨

The group spent the day exploring the very best of the Kingdom, soaking up its natural beauty, rich history, and world-famous charm. But the highlight of today’s adventure was something truly unique – a visit to the iconic Killarney Brewing & Distillery.

In a poignant twist of timing, Niall’s group had the rare honour of being the final tour group to ever step inside the distillery before it officially closed its doors for good today. 🍺🥃 From tales of brewing heritage to a final tasting toast, it was a fitting farewell to a beloved local treasure.

Huge thanks to the wonderful team at Killarney Brewing & Distillery for years of incredible hospitality and unforgettable experiences — your presence in Killarney will be sorely missed. And to our fantastic passengers, thank you for being part of this special moment in Irish touring history.

Onwards now to more adventures as the tour continues around the island… and we’ve no doubt Niall will be sharing plenty more stories (and a few songs) along the way! 🎶🚍

Today, Coach 549 is soaking up the serenity of Dring Lake in beautiful County Longford as part of its multi-day tour of the island of Ireland. With our experienced driver Fares leading the way, passengers are enjoying another memorable stop filled with stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and a proper dose of Irish charm.

This evening, Nolan Coaches is proudly out and about in the vibrant coastal town of Dun Laoghaire, with a strong presence made up of two of our signature double-decker buses and two of our executive coaches. As always, they’re expertly piloted by members of our outstanding driving team: Owen, Jayan, Declan, and Fares – four professionals who embody everything Nolan Coaches stands for: safety, reliability, and exceptional service.
