I dare to predict this will happen again when Unitsky String Technology shares will be already on the market and they will start building the Uspace. I could bet will be the similar scenario. Unitsky is same like Walt Disney, even he is not alive anymore, everyone know Disneyland even if they never went there they saw it in tv, or YouTube or maybe on picture, everyone know what is that. Will be the same with Unitsky, everyone will know him. Many people do not know anything about Tesla, Einstein or many more really famous brilliant minds, but everyone will be able to see around the Earth what Unitsky made. The first ever made project, I think this will be like in a history book later. Anatoly Unitsky will be definitely mentioned later like Nikola Tesla, Galileo Galilei or Leonardo DaVinci etc. because he changes the World as we live in it. You can be proud of yourself if you made a picture with him, because your grandchildren will be really excited if they will see that. Even if you do not, do not worry about that, you can still be in this big community if you just buy some shares and you can tell them you were helping to have a better environment and a better future for your grandchildrens. So while we wait for our dividend I tell you today about the showering and how can be improved it. So first of all I will show you tomorrow how my exgirlfriend made some natural soap, just from coconut oil, shea oil, olive oil and charcoal. It may not look amazing, but when I wash myself then I know the charcoal for example is extracting the poisons if I have any on myself ( that is why some people keep charcoal tablets if they travel in case of poisoning they can use it ) and the oils are making your body more shiny ( that is why women usually buy different kind of creme to hydrate their cheek skin or their hands and body because they know is something real ) but the problem is always with the added chemicals. I am not sure if we need chemicals to have a shiny skin. When I use some alcohol after shaving I can see some yellow is coming out from my skin, I am not sure what is it, but before was more darker, now is more lighter. How do you know you are in one of the best investments ever? Because it do not stops at skyway only, will come more soon. Linear cities, Uspace, Ecohouse, Uterra, etc. A lot of people say soon is over, because no more stages at Skyway, we are at the last stage the 15th stage. I agree, you are right, but the company is really diversified and if you do not like the transport, then later you can invest is something what do you like and you can agree with it, but if you do today, then later you will have much more money to invest in that project. I know like many people will be like the lottery millionaires and they will vanish their money in 3-5 years, but I think will be left some people who will invest in the next project even more than now. Maybe your life will be over this century, but your children, grandchildren will remember you like you made a fortune in your family in order for them to do not have to work anymore. If you look around you can see every year is more worst than before and believe me, if you do not do something against it will be even more worst ... Anyway, until we wait for our skyway dividend I will tell you today about the shower, because is not just grounding you, but it also affects your skin. The thing is our skin is not just breathing, what you probably already experienced, because when somebody got a large area burned on their skin usual they got hospitalized, because the skin is also breathing. Were some experiences even where if you paint your body with something gross, then you can get in cardiac stop. Our skin is not just sweating the minerals what we do not need anymore, but also absorbs. For example when is really cold you put some cream on your hand and to hydrate your hand is not evaporating, is going inside in your skin. I am so grateful for Skyway, because in many many other products and companies are hiring football players, singers or even tv stars to promote their products, but in this company ministers, governors, sheiks are promoting the Skyway. Think about it for a minute, why would share this information a prime minister in UAE if was not real? Anyway I do not care who believes in this and who not, I shared also a couple of days ago the transport minister of India who also was talking about Skyway. The best of all in this is when 180million people will travel to Dubai each year and 10% of them minimum will use Skway and that mean 18million people per year, if they charge only 1 dollar per travel that is already 18million dollar and 30% is going in to the investors pocket. Honestly I think will be more expensive the ticket and will use up to 50% of the visitors, but not because they need to, but because is nowhere yet in the World and people go there to see something what can not experience anywhere else. Anyway, while we wait for our skyway dividend next year, I tell you more about the grounding today.First of all is helping you to sleep better, reduces inflammation, boost energy, improves circulation, reduces pain, balances the body electromagnetic field, improves mood and menthal health and reduces stress and anxiety. While we wait for the Skyway dividend next year I will tell you something interesting again. Probably you noticed already like Skyway is so unique, but not just for the technology, but also for the environment. If you look around you can see that more and more people are buying electric cars, solar panels or even you can see really small gardens ( like a hobby garden which is really small and people cultivate just a few organic bio vegetables there, but is more like a hobby for them, at least in Austria ) and people look to connect again with the nature and everyone can feel and see that is a better way. When I will get my dividend I will rent a house with a small garden too, because I would like to grow some of my own vegetables and to be able to sit outside and feel the ground with the naked sole. Probably you heard about grounding, but you do not know what exactly is or how it works. If you are using a phone or laptop or any device then probably you are full of positive ions and that is charging you, but not in a positive way ... Anyway if you look for a grounding for example, then you can do just like I do, after you are done with all the electric devices for the respective day then go for a shower, if is in the late afternoon then you can make a warm shower and not just grounding you, but also relaxing your muscles ( but still I recommend to buy magnesium glycinate for daily use at least before you go to sleep ) and you can sleep better. If you do not want to make a shower because you did in the morning, then you can touch something metal which is grounded, it can be anything, like a swing if is made out of metal or a traffic board or even at home a radiator can make that. All skyway shareholders can be happy, because this year will be an another Santa Claus and that will be Unitsky :D I hope you are waiting it just like I do. So while we wait for our Santa, I will tell you an another secret too. In 2024 small companies went to IPO usual average with 4-5 dollars per share, big companies with 5x times bigger price, average 28 dollars. So what I told you yesterday, even if will be like a small company what I highly doubt, but anyway let calculate with small amount, then if you buy today 31000 shares with 1000 dollars then you can expect at least 120.000 dollars by 2030 ( but I think will go on IPO in 2026, but who knows, we will see ) and you can make something like Elon Musk, you put your shares as collateral you buy a car and you pay your loan from your dividend and need only once 1000 dollars, this is the best advice I could ever give to anyone. In time your share will rise average with 10% per year, that mean after one year will be 132.000 dollars worth and after 145.000 dollars worth and is just keep getting bigger and bigger, that is why Elon Musk is richer and richer each year. The linear city around the equator of the Earth will be a pedestrian city. I am not sure yet what will look like, but probably will live there not just the rich people who want clear air which is really important if you want to live longer, that is why the people in the villages live longer than those who live in big cities.I think will live there also a lot of professionist people in Skyway technology and Uspace technology too, because if something will be broken for some reason then have to be there a specialist to fix it as quick is possible. The other thing I think will be the Uterra which also need some kind of gardener or something similar specialist who can check if everything is alright and the food is growing without any problem. It may be even like a lot of skyway shareholders who do not want to make the garden then need somebody who will take care of their food, but we will see this later ... anyway I think sooner or later everyone will like to make their own garden, because is a really healthy to work 1-2 hours and you will feel like you did some gym, but you put together the gym and gardening too. We do not know too much about this yet, because this is a huge project, but I am sure like all projects this will be also unique in something. If you can by the way try to go out in some place where is more tree, maybe a forest or something and try to walk there, you will sleep better at night. Probably you notice when a little child is taken out in the city with the baby carriage then is falling asleep outside, because is much more better air than inside. Anyway, if you can not do that, then at least try to make some kind of meditation with breathing technique and your parasympathetic system can work a bit, because when we are stressed is working our sympathetic system. I am so excited about the Skyway dividend, I am thinking about it every single day, but while we wait for the official news like how much and when we will get the dividend for what we were waiting almost a decade, I will try to tell you more about what I learn every day. I told you about the barefoot yesterday and probably you saw like even Unitsky and his team were walking barefoot and you are wondering why is that good. Well, I got a video for you to see how it looks a feet if you have barefoot shoes, I also bought mine recently, but I will show you by the end of the year if has changed, I try to walk as much possible in wool socks at home and in barefoot shoes outdoor. I feel like I have stronger legs, maybe not just because of this, but I think have some effects on my feet. If you can at least try to walk at home without anything on your feet and check it if you see any difference. I try also to stay on my feet while I write this post, I try to stand as much is possible, because is making weak your body if you sit too much. I will show you soon also some exercises what I do in barefoot shoes, maybe I can teach you something new as well. If you can not buy yet, then postpone it after you get your dividend, but definitely worth it. My little finger on my feet is really deformed since I was using Nike air 90 for years and I did not paid attention to it unfortunately. With barefoot shoes you have more space for your feet. I know we can not walk barefoot anywhere especially if is cold, but we can walk with barefoot shoes and is making stronger your muscles in your feet. At the beginning will be harder to walk, you will feel a bit small comparing if you had Nike air 90 just like I do, but after a while you will feel like your feet is more stronger and have more balance. Maybe you saw the old Chinese culture or maybe even the samurai culture from Japan they were walking in a flat slipper and they were stronger and they had really good balance. Was really important when was a fight to be in balance otherwise they would lose their life, their country. Is not cheap today to buy a barefoot shoe, but it worth to buy at least one, because on long term your feet will be a bit more wide and you will have a better balance on your feet and leg. But when finally skyway will give dividend I really recommend to buy a barefoot shoe. Anyway if you do not like this idea then at least try at home to walk with barefoot maybe in winter socks if is cold. One more important things is to have something natural, not plastic stuff, because in your sole are the biggest cells and they will absorb the plastic from your feet and that can damage your health, but I will tell you more about this tomorrow. The Skyway is not over yet, but the Ust.Inc company already is planning the next huge project: https://3d-tour.aet.space/?lang=en ( you can check it only on pc/laptop ) While we wait for the skyway dividend what I think will be at least 6 cents per share, I also focus on my health too, preparing to live a life without any stress. I am not saying is easy, but I learn every single day something new. I started also Qi Gong, because I needed peace, I was thinking way too much and I had panic attacks, while I had even suicidal thoughts too. I am telling you on my birthday, because I think is a much more better day to remember me, because anyone can be in the same situation. I almost died when I was 7 months old in the hospital, having 3 different really bad diseases, but I survived. When I was 4 years old I got some kind of supplement what usually only students in the college got, because I do not hear with my right ear and the doctor thought maybe I am not evolved enough at brain. Anyway maybe that is why I think so much today and maybe that is the reason why I always play with numbers. I like to count, does not matter if is only to count a few olives on the plate or to count something interesting like skyway dividends. While I get older and older every year I think our life is full only if we receive both positive and negative just like the Yin and Yang. I wish I could live until 100 years, but we will see if can I do it, but I know will be more easier to achieve it with skyway dividend like working until I retire ( maybe even after that ). I really hope you also do some smart choices and live a long and peaceful life. As my grandfather teach me I wish to everyone to get the eternal life in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you ✌️😉
