A leithéid d’oíche ceoil, amhránaíochta agus damhsa in Acaill! 🎻🇮🇪✨

Tá ríméad ar Chultúr Éireann tacú le Seaimpíní Sinsearacha Bhanna Céilí na hÉireann 2025, Glór na dTonn, mar chuid dár gclár Cultúr 2026 a dhéanann Uachtaránacht na hÉireann ar an Aontas Eorpach a cheiliúradh. 🇪🇺

Chuir an Cheolchoirm Féile Teach Airneáin Chill Damhnait taispeántas den chéad scoth ar an ardán don oíche iontach ag an Ollphuball i dTeach Tábhairne Patten.

Cuireadh i láthair go hiomlán as Gaeilge é, agus thug an léiriú na ceoltóirí, na hamhránaithe agus na damhsóirí is fearr sa tír le chéile - agus iad ag ceiliúradh oidhreacht, theanga agus chultúr saibhir na hÉireann i lár an aonaigh dhomhanda. 🌍🎶

Comhghairdeas le Glór na dTonn agus le gach aon duine a ghlac páirt san imeacht iontach!

🎶 This Friday, the arts in Wexford will once again be strongly represented at an international festival in Wales!

Listen To The Sea, is a multidisciplinary project from Wexford, combining visual arts and live jazz, presented by Wex-Art at the International Aberjazz Festival in Wales in the last week of August, 2026.

For the sixth year in a row, Culture Ireland will support an ongoing project, programmed by Tom Mooney, which has seen the work of over 15 artists exhibited at the West Wales Arts Centre in Fishguard. Another aspect of the project is supporting Wexford jazz groups at the Aberjazz Festival, which runs from August 27-31.

🥁 Wexford drummer and multiple recording artiste, Kevin Lawlor, is the headline act at Peppers club on August 28 and he will be joined by some of Ireland’s finest jazz musicians: Chris Colloton (guitar); Scott Flanigan (keyboards) and Cillian Byrne (bass).

🌊 Listen To the Sea Speak continues a cultural exchange by two maritime neighbours, Fishguard in Wales and Wexford and Culture Ireland are delighted to support once again
