Recently I had the pleasure of welcoming to St. Mary's Abbey Chapter House Monsieur Philippe Villeneuve, Chief Architect of Historic Monuments of France. along with members of National Monuments and Conservation teams of the OPW and the board of

ICOMOS International Council On Monuments And Sites. Monsieur Villeneuve was the chief architect responsible for the restoration of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
