Some connections go far beyond food, drink and storytelling. 💚🇮🇪

Meeting Steve, who has Choctaw ancestry, was a wonderful reminder of the extraordinary bond between Ireland and the Choctaw Nation.

During the Great Famine in Ireland in 1847, the Choctaw people, despite having endured immense suffering and displacement themselves, came together to send $170 to help starving Irish families. A remarkable act of compassion from one people to another, across an ocean.

That kindness has never been forgotten, and the connection between our two peoples continues to this day.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do at Flavour Trails — sharing the stories that connect us, our cultures and our people. ❤️

It was a pleasure for to represent Flavour Trails at the Fáilte Ireland B2B Roadshow – Leisure & Luxury!✨

I was absolutely delighted to meet with so many tour operators and reconnect with fellow experience providers.

These events are such a valuable opportunity to build relationships, share ideas, explore new opportunities, and showcase the wonderful experiences Ireland has to offer. It was fantastic to connect with people who share a passion for creating memorable experiences for visitors and who recognise the value of collaboration across our tourism industry.

A sincere thank you to Fáilte Ireland for bringing everyone together, and to all the tour operators and fellow experience providers who continue to support and champion one another. 💚

👀🐴 Meet the Púca! One of Ireland’s most famous shapeshifting spirits and one of my favourite stories to share on a Storytelling Trail!🍀

Legend has it this mischievous creature could transform into a black horse and offer unsuspecting travellers a ride they’d never forget… often ending in a wild, terrifying journey that felt like there was no end!🌙

I love sharing Ireland’s magical folklore, where you’re never quite sure what’s real and what’s not!

So, next time you’re out enjoying Dublin after dark, remember… always watch your back…because you never know when the Púca might make an appearance 👀

🍻✨ What a fun Storytelling Trail today! ✨🍻

Today’s private group came all the way from the 🇺🇸 U.S. to soak up some of ireland's mythology and folklore along with Dublin’s stories, characters and hidden gems — and what a fantastic bunch they were!

Starting in , venturing to The Wild Duck and ending on a high in .The girls enjoyed a few drinks, some delicious pub snacks and, of course, plenty of tales along the way. 🍺🍴📖

There were great conversations, lots of laughs and some wonderful moments shared. It’s safe to say they had an amazing experience discovering Dublin one story at a time! ❤️

A huge thanks to my fantastic group for joining me and making it such a memorable trail.

Come for the craic, stay for the stories! 🍻

🍽️What a way to kick off the weekend!🎉

I had the absolute pleasure of bringing a fantastic group out on a private Irish Food Trail today, and what a great bunch they were! 🙌

I got to show them Dublin through its food and drinks! Tasting traditional Irish favourites, sampling local beers and ciders, and throwing in a surprise or two along the way! 😉

There was delicious food, plenty of chat, stories about Ireland’s culinary heritage and, of course, lots of laughs. Because that’s what Flavour Trails is all about — great food, great company and a little Irish craic!💚

A huge thank you to my wonderful guests for making today such a pleasure. I hope they are heading into the weekend with full bellies, happy hearts and a few new Irish food and drink favourites!

Now, who’s hungry for another trail? 😋
