The legend of the Banshee - I love sharing Irish folklore and introducing people to the myths and legends of Ireland! The Banshee is definitely one of my favourites. She evokes a mix of fear, saddness and wonder, having journeyed through ancient times and still residing in the hearts of the Irish today! The story goes that she signals death is nearby, that she can only keen or wail while brushing her hair and that, if you hear her, never let her cross your threshold!

Slow Sundays done right 🍷✨

Spent the afternoon planning all the exciting things coming up this month for Flavour Trails — coffees flowing, notebooks full, ideas everywhere 📖☕️

But every productive Sunday deserves a reward… so we headed to the beautiful new tapas spot for dinner and WOW 🤍

Delicious tapas, gorgeous wine, cosy atmosphere, and genuinely amazing service. The kind of place you leave already planning your next visit 🍽️🍷✨

And to finish the evening perfectly, we stopped to say goodnight to Arthur Guinness on the way home ☘️🌙
