Today I was lucky enough to attend the exclusive Emirates 777 retrofit showcase at Dublin Airport with my fabulous head office colleague Majella Jones.
We went onboard the aircraft to see the fantastic and eagerly awaited Premium Economy cabin, as well as the newly refurbished Economy, Business Class and First Class cabins.
Premium Economy is a separate cabin with just 24 seats and is already in big demand so early booking is definitely recommended!
Emirates proudly support Irish businesses such as VOYA , Baileys Irish Cream and Keogh's Crisps. The beautiful upholstery on the aircraft is also handmade by a Dublin company.
We started and finished the day in the luxurious surroundings of Platinum Services Dublin Airport.
Very nice way to start the week..

Another year, another fantastic conference! We really celebrated our 20th anniversary in style. We had a session with the wonderful author and life coach Ciara Conlon plus a hilarious motivational talk and some meditation lessons from Dermot Whelan.
I was thrilled to receive a nomination for Top Corporate TC plus a beautiful bouquet and plaque for my 20 years with Travel Counsellors.
We received a certificate of accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation - we are the only travel company in Ireland to receive this accreditation.
Plus lots of chats, hugs and laughs..

Tomorrow I head to the beautiful Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort for our annual Travel Counsellors Ireland Conference.

I'm really looking forward to catching up with all my TC colleagues and finding out what's new in the world of travel from our fantastic airline, cruise and hotel partners.

This year is quite special as we are celebrating 20 years in Ireland! Can't quite believe it's been 20 years..

I am also delighted to receive a nomination for the Top Performing Corporate TC award.

Exciting news from Emirates - they have just announced a new PREMIUM ECONOMY cabin on the Dublin to Dubai route starting on 25th June!
They will also have new BUSINESS CLASS seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, plus 8 FIRST CLASS suites on their fully retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft with revamped interiors.
These are fantastic enhancements and will definitely improve the experience for passengers.

I am thrilled to announce that I am one of 4 finalists in the Top TC Ireland category at our annual Global conference which takes place this weekend in the UK.
Receiving this lovely congratulatory gift from Travel Counsellors Ireland was an extra-special surprise!
Congratulations and best of luck to my fab colleagues Emer McDermott , Sarah McCarthy and Catherine Maguire.
I feel very blessed to belong to such a special company 🥰

Just back from a very brief visit to Gran Canaria and managed to visit 3 beautiful properties.
The Kumara Serenoa by Lopesan in Maspalomas has lovely modern bungalow style suites and is suitable for couples, groups and families with young children.
The Lopesan Costa Meloneras and the Lopesan Baobab Resort are 2 beautiful luxury hotels in Meloneras and are suitable for families of all ages, couples, honeymooners, multi-generational families etc.
The Baobab is the smaller of the 2 hotels (677 rooms compared with 1136 at the Costa) and has a really cool African theme.
I have been sending clients to Lopesan hotels for a long time and cannot recommend highly enough.
