In April this year I reached the age of 80 years, and decided to finally hang up my clay-covered dungarees and retire from the Pottery Business.
I would like to thank all of you, my loyal customers, for your support during the last 45+ years. Many of you saved for years to add to your collections of Bandon Pottery; you followed me from our workshop, shop and cafe in Bandon, to the factory unit at Lauragh and then sought me out along the pot-holed side roads and muddy boreens of West Cork, to find me eventually in my rural bolt-hole near Enniskeane. Thank you all for being so persistent!
I still have a small amount of pottery stock, and I should prefer to give old customers and friends who have already started collecting the opportunity to buy what’s left. If you would like to know which pieces are available, please send me a private message with your email address and I’ll send you the list. Then you can message or phone me with your orders and I’ll arrange to post if you can’t collect from here.
