Guest Service Principle Tasks:

1. Customer Service: to respond to guest requests as issued from the office administrator.

2. Carry out a property check before guest arrival, to ensuring the property is fully ready for check in, using a check list.

3. Carry out a property check after guest departure to ensure the property is left in an acceptable condition after guest departure.

4. Occasional assistance in the Reception office with admin duties or covering the front desk in the absence of the administrator.

The role requires open communication and flexibility.

30 hours per week.

Some of our students have started checking into their accommodation for the academic year over the weekend across our student villages Glasan Student Village, Gort Na Coiribe & Dun Arus & Clarion Student Village Sligo.

We have had to makes some changes this year to the standard check-in process in order to reflect the measures in place for the fight against -19.

We ensured that sanitizer was on hand, social distancing markings clearly visible and screens placed to separate students and staff.

We also used Eventbrite for students to book in their check-in to ensure a safe scheduled check-in with no crowding.

Setting the tone for a safe academic year ahead.
