August Bank Holiday Group Hike!

📍 Where - Sugarloaf, located just outside Glengarriff

🕘 When - Saturday August 1st.
We will leave Glengarriff in our transport at 9am

🤷 What to bring - Sturdy hiking boots with ankle support, layers for the weather, hat, lunch and water, hiking poles if you've got them.
Oh, and a positive attitude!

🤔 What to expect - a challenging hike (lots of up and down - 700m elevation gain - a real slog!)
a 360° panorama view of West Cork.
Terrain of all types underfoot, boggy, uneven ground, rocky paths, slippy muddy sections, you'll need sure footness and good balance!
Great company with an experienced, good-natured, local guide

👛 How much - €50pp. Reduced to €40pp if you are booking more than one place.
Bus transfer included to and from the hike

We are delighted to announce our first hike of 2026 will be part of Bantry's Imbolc Wellness and Renewal Festival.

To mark the festival, part of our ascent will be silent and mindful, to celebrate Imbolc's themes of Renewal and the Awakening of Nature.
