Harbour SUP n Sail is dedicated to Stand Up Paddle and Sailing in Enniscrone,and The Quay Ballina paddling throughout the Moy Estuary and Killala Bay area. We currently have two sailing dinghys, Laser Pico and RS Feva. Both come fully rigged and are available to hire to experienced sailors. Tuition can be booked for those wishing to get into the sport. The Moy Estuary and Bartra Island offer an ar

ea of outstanding natural beauty, shelter and a safe and fun environment to enjoy Stand Up Paddling while taking in the breathtaking scenery. We offer a variety of tours to cater to both conditions and the abilities of those taking part. Where necessary lunch and drink will be provided. We aim to keep tours as flexible as possible to allow for changes in conditions and to optimize your time and enjoyment while on the water. Your safety and enjoyment are our optimum priority, we operate a dedicated safety craft as required and qualified and experienced instructors.

Tiggy sadly passed away last week after a brave battle with Cancer . She was such an amazing little dog and shared so many fun times on and off the water . We Just want to thank everyone who new her and shared time with her for your kindness down the years . She had an amazing and fun filled life and will be missed by us all rest peacefully our little dog 🐕💜🙏
