Since 2007 I have had the pleasure of planning and delivering in excess of 200 uniquely individual and different trips for guests from all over the world (but mainly from North America). I personally plan, organize and execute every single trip, from the moment of initial contact, right through to (and often beyond) saying goodbye at the Departure Gates. l, and that’s exactly how I treat them. When I receive a contact enquiry from someone, the first thing I like to do is phone them and personally introduce myself, and outline what I can offer them. Once I get a feel for what type of trip is required in terms of duration, vacation type, accommodation preferences, attractions and budget, I come up with a suggested itinerary. Then I go back and forth with the guest(s) and ‘tweak’ the plan until they are fully satisfied. I then book everything (excluding the air) on their behalf, thus removing a lot of stress and hassle from them!
