'Deep Blue' almost ready for the water again.
Hoping for some decent weather this year!!

Three nice BFT today for Martin, Kate and Rory, 240cm 207cm and 220cm. Estimated weights: 500 lb's, 350 lb's and 400 lb's.
Nice day on the water!

Some nice weather at last!
Hopefully the fishing will now pick up again; very slow during the strong tides of the past week.
Some nice tuna around!

Two fine bluefin today for David and David! The biggest close to 500 lb's and the other to David senior at around 460 lb's. Hard fighting fish tagged and released in good condition.
A number of shoals of tuna to be seen today, also a number of humpback whales in the bay, an awesome sight!!

Three nice BFT today for David, Mark and Andrew.
Estimated weights from 260 to 370 lb's.
All tuna tagged and released.
Well done lads!
Places still available on 'Deep Blue' over the next few days.

Three bluefin tuna today for 'Deep Blue' and skipper Adrian Molloy.
The biggest today around the 350lb mark and the smallest around 260lb's.
This season is starting ok and there are still a few dates available in August. Full boat and a few individual places.
Don't leave it too late!!

Another two tuna today from 'Deep Blue' both fish of a similar size close to 300lb's. Let's hope it's a sign of a good season to come.
Both fish tagged and released.

Our first bluefin tuna of the season today from 'Deep Blue' caught by the skipper - Adrian Molloy.
A small fish of around 175-180 cm's. Roughly 200lb's in weight.
Ireland's first BFT of the season was caught a few hours before ours from Tony Santry's boat 'Tigger' in County Kerry; well done Tony.
There are still a few dates available in August from 'Deep Blue' and 'Leah C', message or phone for details.

Loads of pollack today, our youngest angler proved to be a real catching machine!
The Killybegs Angling Competition takes place this weekend but after that we have some midweek dates available for fishing, sight seeing or dolphin and whale watching tours.
This years tuna season is just around the corner too and there are a few midweek dates still available.
Consistently Ireland's top tuna boat!
