We’re thrilled about the upcoming week as we elevate our Wild Wicklow whiskey tasting experience. Our guests will now enjoy a tasting featuring Glendalough Distillerys renowned Double Barrel whiskey. This internationally acclaimed single grain whiskey undergoes a unique aging process—first in American oak Bourbon barrels, then in Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey that is both smooth and approachable, yet intriguingly complex, with layers of rich flavours that belie its age.
