We are ecstatically happy to be celebrating 10 years in business! 💚 💚
None of this could've been achieved without the immense support from the townspeople of Kinsale, the amazing venues, family, friends, all the people who believed in me when I started this out. 😁 ❤️

As a 'blow-in' I was made to feel completely welcome and supported in my idea.
Starting a business is a scary endeavour, particularly when you've no money to your back, you're unknown to the people you hope to work with, and you also have no idea if anyone is going to like your idea!! 😁

I'm forever grateful to all of you, too many to mention but not forgotten.

Big shout out to our wonderful guides Siobhan and Adrian 😁😁.

I'm the spirit of invention, we decided to Spring into April with our newest addition:

"The Childhood Classics Tour".

We ran this sweet treat this morning and the results were interesting to say the least! It might have helped if we had actually told the clients 😁

"Welcome to a vertical tasting of Kinsale’s most elusive delicacy," I proclaimed, presenting a slate platter with a flourish.
"Here we have a deconstructed, artisanal selection of 'Harbour Jelly Babies.' Notice the delicate, powdery finish on the green ones, which hints at notes of lime and synthetic nostalgia."

The group stared, bewildered, as I offered them gourmet wooden forks to sample the pick-and-mix selection. One tourist skeptically examined a gummy bear, looking for the "locally sourced" label.

It wasn't until a local child walked by, giggling uncontrollably at the sight of adults treating sweets with such reverence, that the group checked their calendars and realized they’d been had! 😁 😂 💚

How did it take me 8 years to get here?!! 😁
Following recommendation and mention of fish tacos (!), I spent a celebratory lunch with my beau at yesterday 😁.
Having known the convent as a child., it was incredible to see the magical evolution of Nano Nagle place.
Food was top notch, friendly service from Clare and crew and an incredibly beautiful garden setting. 💚 Can't wait to go back!!! 😁 ❤️
