Journalism at University of Limerick BA Journalism and New Media So you want to be a journalist? If you want to study journalism, choose UL.

The University of Limerick has a young, dynamic and vibrant degree programme in journalism, which offers cutting edge print, broadcasting, multimedia and social media training to students. We are the only degree programme in the country to offer six months relevant work experience as part of our degree, and the opportunity to study abroad for a semester. Our faculty are all working journalists and

we focus all our attention on encouraging students to get published. It's not an ordinary career, so it's not an ordinary degree.
