O'Brien's Tower is celebrating its 190th anniversary this year, so we're honouring the occasion with bitesize history snippets about the tower! But we're not just looking back, we’re embracing the present as well. Sohat's O'Brien's tower up to these days?

In a unique collaboration between JJ Corry Irish Whiskey, local whiskey bonders, and the Cliffs of Moher Experience, nine 50-litre barrels of maturing whiskey have been placed inside O’Brien’s Tower! 🏰🌊

These sherry-influenced whiskies will age in the heart of the tower, exposed to the powerful Atlantic elements — the salt air, crashing waves, and changing temperatures — all working their quiet magic on the spirit inside.
