TOMI REICHENTAL RIP
The sad news reached us today of the passing of Tomi Reichental. Tomi was scheduled to appear at Lismore Immrama in 2023 but unfortunately and understandably his wife's illness forced the cancellation of his talk.

Described as was one of Ireland's "most remarkable voices of remembrance, education, and humanity. Tami survived the horrors of Bergen-Belsen as a child, and dedicated much of his later life to ensuring that future generations would learn from the Holocaust and understand the dangers of hatred, prejudice, and indifference."

CONOR POWER - JOURNALIST & BROADCASTER

West Cork-based journalist, writer and broadcaster Conor Power has been a leading voice in Irish travel writing for over 20 years. He is also the author of the historical novel “Hurling 1810”, bringing together history, sport and storytelling.

PADDY BARRY - SAILOR & ADVENTURER

Paddy Barry has sailed and climbed in the Arctic and Antarctic, including a Shackleton small boat repeat and two years in Siberia. In 2024, he completed an epic road journey from Baile na bPoc, Kerry to Mongolia, bringing remarkable stories of adventure and endurance.
