Join the Kingspan Century team and help create sustainable building solutions! We're seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing facilities in Monaghan and Carrickmacross as General Operatives. You'll work on an assembly line in a controlled factory environment, producing timber walls, roofs, and floors.

What you'll do:
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as C&C machinery and woodworking machinery
• Read production drawings (AutoCAD and HSB)
• Monitor product quality standards and health and safety on the factory floor
• Troubleshoot processes to improve efficiency

Must have previous experience in a factory/manufacturing process environment.

We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for training and development. In return you’ll receive 21 days annual leave, with the opportunity to buy/sell 5 days.

We're hiring! Established in 1990, Kingspan Century is one of the leading providers of offsite construction and engineered timber systems, offering a range of insulated and airtight structural solutions.

We're looking for general operatives for our Century sites in Carrickmacross and Monaghan Town.

As a general operative you will be trained in several areas on the manufacturing lines within the manufacturing facility working as part of a team to ensure the line runs effectively, while providing the correct levels of quality, safety and housekeeping.

You'll be responsible for:
Monitoring all aspects of health and safety, near miss and safety concern reporting
Operating machinery using touch screen panels
Working in a safe manner in accordance with all information, instruction, training and supervision provided

You'll also have the opportunity to improve the running of the line and actively participate in reviewing and updating processes.

Key Skills;
Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
Ability to read manufacturing drawings
Basic understanding of touch screen technology
FLT license holder desirable, however not essential as training can be provided
Saw training is also preferred but can be given if the application is successful

Hours of work: Mon to Thu 08:00 to 16:30, Friday is 08:00 to 15:30
