Please allow extra travel time when planning your journey while the roadworks continue.

We would like to highlight the key changes for passengers.

✅ 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱.

🕒 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, with a number of journeys now operating at an earlier time.

Key changes include:
𝟰𝟲𝟬𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀
🔹 First morning departure from 𝗚𝗼𝗯 𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗿𝗲 (Achill Sound) now leaves at 𝟬𝟲:𝟬𝟱 (previously 06:15).
🔹 Second morning departure — 𝟬𝟴:𝟯𝟱 (previously 08:55).
🔹 Midday — 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟱 (previously 12:15).
🔹 Afternoon — 𝟭𝟳:𝟮𝟬 (previously 17:30).
🔹 Evening — 𝟮𝟬:𝟮𝟬 (previously 20:30).

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 journey from 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗯 𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗿𝗲 also adjusted, now leaves at 𝟬𝟳:𝟯𝟱 (previously 07:45)

🔹 Morning departure from 𝗕é𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗵𝘂𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 now leaves at 𝟬𝟲:𝟱𝟬 (previously 07:00).
🔹 Midday — 𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟱 (previously 11:15).
🔹 Afternoon — 𝟭𝟰:𝟰𝟬 (previously 14:50).

❗𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆.
🚉 Passengers making connections in Castlebar are advised to check the new timetable carefully before travelling.

🏖️ ALL CLEAR! We are thrilled to share that the recent "Do Not Swim" notice at Mulranny Beach has been lifted by the local authority.🌊

- The Bathing Prohibition - Do Not Swim has been removed this afternoon 22/07/2026 at Mulranny Beach.

- The Bathing Prohibition - Do Not Swim remains in place at Carrowmore Beach Louisburgh until further notice. Mayo County Council continues to liaise with Uisce Eireann who are working to address the issue.

- An Advice Not to Swim has been issued today 22/07/2026 for Lough Lannagh due to water quality. Further water sampling is to take place and an update will be provided.

KNITTING WORKSHOP with Paula Jeffers

Join us next Friday, 26th June for a relaxed FREE 2-hour introduction to knitting at the wonderful Gift of Hands Studio, Mulranny.

Paula Jeffers is a knitwear designer and maker with over 40 years’ experience in the fashion and clothing industry. She holds an MA in Fashion and Knitwear from Central St Martins, London and has worked across design, retail and her own businesses throughout her career. Paula is passionate about the benefits of making and enjoys sharing her knitting skills with others.

This workshop will no doubt encourage a more mindful relationship with what we wear through the simple act of making by hand.

Paula will guide participants through easy, enjoyable projects that can be continued at home, suitable for complete beginners or those returning to knitting.
