Stretching across northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela, the Camino Francés, or French Way, is the most famous and popular of all the Camino routes.

Beginning in St Jean Pied de Port, the full route takes walkers through the Pyrenees, Pamplona, the vineyards of La Rioja, Burgos, León and the beautiful green landscapes of Galicia before reaching Santiago.

You don’t have to walk all 769km at once. With U Walk, the Camino Francés is divided into stages, making it possible to choose the section that suits you, from an individual stage to the popular final stretch into Santiago.
