Most of us haven’t. We’ve been so busy being everything to everyone that slowly, without even realising it, we lose that connection to ourselves and forget our true desires 💫

A retreat is where you find that connection again. Not by doing more, but by giving yourself permission to PAUSE. Only then will you remember who you are when no one needs anything from you.
