County Sligo on a tranquil day. Sea temperature was about 11⁰C. Lovely spot when the tide is not in.

Baskets this year are disappointingly non existent due to life in 2020 but fortunately we have a lovely pelagonian display which have managed to survive the last two winters. We added a couple of begonias to fill in the gaps and are happy to say it brightens up the courtyard where the Ground Floor Apartment, One Bed Apartment and the Coach House are all located.

This is great news. Guests here are always thrilled to add this to their holiday activities. It's been tough on them, as it has been for all of us in the hospitalty/tourist industry. Even if you're not holidaying locally please remember to support your local businesses by paying them a visit. Enjoy the rest of the summer and hopefully the weather might improve so we can experience this beautiful country we call home.

We are delighted to announce that our sanctuary will finally be able to reopen to the public this Friday (10th of July). Opening times will be as usual 10.30-12.30 and 2.30-4.30 Shows starting at 11AM and 3PM. Due to government Covid-19 restrictions we will have limited visitor numbers so we have introduced a pre booking system. It is not necessary to book in advance but it will guarantee your entry on the day and minimise queuing. To book please give us a ring on 087 3810047. Looking forward to seeing you all.
