Really can't believe that a plan to install a sewage pipe outlet from Ireland's 2 largest sewage plants (covering half the population!!) via Baldoyle Bay with the outfall next to beautiful Ireland's Eye has been approved.. what is wrong with An Bord Pleanala?
How could this be approved in an area which is in a UNESCO Biosphere and a Special Area of Conservation to protect Harbour Porpoise and next to a public bathing area and commercial shellfish zone??
Ireland's Eye has protected reefs and also is the main breeding ground for Seals in Dublin Bay and the Irish Sea.
