So an eagle-eyed customer spotted us on the telly! TG4 popular Travel Series, Teacs Taistil is back for Season 4, with episode 2 airing last night. This season is the most action-packed yet. This week the gang touch down in Toronto. Big city lights, big hearts and one giant waterfall – what could possibly go wrong?!
Catch this season every Thursday at 9.30pm – highlights this year include visits to Cyprus, Hungary, Chicago, Toronto, and Greece.

What a weekend for Team PK Travel! 😀

We went out for a good night - and accidentally came home award winners 🏆

Apparently, Expedia think we're "Most Outstanding" - and who are we to argue? 😉

Our little agency picked up The "Most Outstanding Sales" award from Expedia - and we couldn't be happier.

So proud of the crew and so grateful to everyone who books, supports, and cheers us on.

A huge thank-you to Expedia for the recognition and to every single client who keeps us doing what we love.

We welcome home and celebrate the success of Team Ireland at the U23's European Athletics Championships in Helsinki recently, and at the U20's European Athletics Championships in Tel Aviv last week. We wish all the best to Team Ireland in the World Athletics Championships in Budapest next week.

Wishing all our customers a very Happy Christmas. We are back again, fully open, on January 3rd, but remain available in the meantime for anything urgent. Fingers crossed, for limited flight disruptions until we reopen! Thank you to all for your support and custom in 2022. When a client texts this photo in the middle of the night… and I am still awake 3 hours later with excitement / relief! Anyone that has had experience of an airline loosing luggage knows how stressful it is trying to recover them. Classic “Computer Says No” scenario. But imagine 9 suitcases missing for over a week. Talk about a job to recover them! Yet, will never know for sure, if they would have just turned up anyway without the effort!

It’s wonderful to see Sherry Fitzgerald Royal and Priority Insurance and Financial Solutions respectively celebrate 50 years and 40 years in business beside us on High Street, Trim. Aidan, Celene, Brian and their teams down through the years have been a huge support to us at PK Travel, both professionally and personally, and we would like to congratulate them on this milestone.

To open or not to open – that is the question!

Effectively, we have never closed, as we continue to communicate by phone or email. We are allowed re-open our door tomorrow, and are itching to get back, - but as David, Padraic and Liz have yet to be vaccinated, the office will remain closed for face to face interactions.

We invite those who have booked with us in the past to make contact by phone (046-9431933, just leave a quick message) or email ([email protected]) and we will reply to you straight away. We are booking refundable and flexible holidays only with suppliers we trust, and so existing customers anxious to make plans know that their money will remain safe with us.

Looking forward to seeing familiar faces soon.

Happy 21st Birthday To Us! 21 real years. Don't know whether we should exclude the last year altogether, or instead to count it as 2 years!

Thank you to all our customers, especially those who didn’t get to travel in 2020. We hope that we helped make sense of the travel madness, and we hope we alleviated most of the stress surrounding all types of travel bookings.

Many customers asked us to hold onto their refund payments, until the time was right to re-book. We would like to thank you for your faith and trust in us, and reassure you that your money is safe and protected. If you have since changed your mind - please call us and we will return your money to you straight away.

We are still negotiating the last of the refunds with some airlines and suppliers, the few remaining should be back to those awaiting them shortly.

We have the best customers and we look forward to plotting many more adventures for you in the future. If this pandemic has thought us anything – its that the old way of doing business is generally the best way. For now, our office door remains closed, however incoming calls to the office are diverted to our mobile phones. Feel free to make contact anytime by calling the usual 046/9431933.

Thanks once again for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Building lasting relationships has worked well for us and we cant wait to see as many as possible face to face during 2021.
