Waterford Walking Tours

Waterford Walking Tours Tour Operator Since 1990 Jack has provided walking tours of the historic core of Waterford city, known as the Viking Triangle.

The tour lasts 1 hour and covers over a 1,000 years of history, and includes four National Monuments, two Cathedrals and introduces the visitor to a range of rakes, rogues, reprobates and revolutionaries who enlivened the city’s history. We offer public tours for the individual tourist or small group twice each day at 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm from the Granville Hotel. There is no need to book or re

serve places just turn up. We provide walking tours from your hotel for visiting Coach Groups. The tour commences and finishes at your hotel reception. A Historic walk is the ideal after dinner treat to provide a fitting finale to a days coach tour. We make Waterford and it’s heritage the high point of any Irish tour. Over the years the tour has won several awards from various bodies including seven National Tourism Awards since 1999. The walking tour of Waterford now features in the itineraries of several major tour operators including CIE tours, Brendan tours, Collette Vacations, Globus Tours, GoAhead Vacation, Shearings, Insight, Grand European tours, Trafalgar tours, Ulsterbus Tours and several others, and we are now very well known in the group tour sector. The Walking Tour of Historic Waterford is without doubt the most entertaining and captivating Walking Tour in Ireland.
