Dungarvan harbour sailing club members today took part in an angling competition to celebrate the clubs 80th anniversary🎉 10 anglers aboard Algerine fished throughout the day in tough conditions species count today Mackerel, Po***ck, Ballan wrasse, Lesser spotted dogfish, Bull Huss and Conger eel well great day followed by some prize giving at the clubhouse afterwards well done all 👏👏🎣🎣🎉

Attended the 2025 Irish specimen fish awards today in Dublin congratulations to all anglers some really impressive catches and best of luck to all for the coming year. Conor collected his certificate for his specimen Cuckoo wrasse which was caught on Algerine 😌🎣🎣🐠

Very proud of our own Conor hehir who made it into the 2025 Irish specimen fish report, upcoming awards day on February 14th. Conor caught this specimen sized Cuckoo wrasse over a local wreck in approximately 200 feet of water. Well done 🎣🎣🐠
