Yesterday we had a crew from cork to come try their hand at some shark fishing off dungarvan. We ended the day at 21 blue sharks in total. We had a range of different sizes with two estimated over 100lbs weight with one just a few centimetres short of specimen length. All sharks measured and safely released to swim strongly back to the depths🦈🦈🎣🎣

Heading to the fishing grounds just spotted a third blue shark swimming along the surface 🦈 water temperatures are vey high so no surprise 😎😎

Quick report from one of our shark trips. We departed Dungarvan harbour at 4am to make the best of the tides and headed offshore. We had 7 blue sharks in a few hrs conor with 3 with both James and Kevin with two each. Largest shark this trip estimated at 70lbs quite a lot of juvenile sharks around. Water temperatures are still increasing with this lovely spell of weather we are having. 🦈🦈🎣🎣
