Summer in the City week 9 - A jam packed weekend for you!

We’ve got the CAMPERVAN of Sound X Youth Takeover happening from 1pm today 💥

🗣️ At 2pm at the Book Centre, Derek Flynn & Johnny Codd will be performing a brand new play ‘They Shall Not Pass’ - and ADMISSION IS FREE!

THEY SHALL NOT PASS is a historical play combining drama and music that tells the story of the Waterford men who fought for the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War.

🎶 The Big Jam 🎶

At 2pm at the Applemarket, the Big Jam will get underway!

The Big Jam Orchestra are a group from Waterford Centre of Music that welcomes musicians of all genres and from all musical backgrounds.

Led by the staff at Waterford Centre of Music, the Big Jam Orchestra class is always 100% zero pressure, with the emphasis on enjoyment, socialising and of course making some AMAZING music together.

📍 Three crews in Kilkenny supporting Kilkenny Arts Festival, Barnstorm Theatre Company, and Asylum Productions.
📍 One crew in Dublin at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (Royal Hospital Kilmainham) delivering bespoke prop installations with Sherpa Events.

Whether it's live event production, scenic builds, installations or behind-the-scenes logistics, we're proud to be doing what we love—designing, creating and delivering unforgettable experiences.
