THESE LOVELY LADIES took part in the Tasteful Tour this weekend, travelling from Portlaoise. We were really lucky with the weather as the sun appeared as soon as they arrived 🌞

During the tour, they told me, they were blown away by Waterford City; the Historical quarter, the Cultural quarter, the Apple market and the colourful wall art etc. They thought so many things had improved over the last twenty years that they'll be telling everyone and spreading the word!

It was a pleasure to host them both. A huge thanks to our collaborators for giving them such a warm welcome and top class hospitality. 🙏🏼

So thrilled they got to experience the full Waterford cead míle fáilte! 💚

🤫Don't mention the 'B' word! We love showcasing Waterford food and drink on our Tasteful Tour but sometimes it takes a little convincing if it's something different to what you're used to.

So in Revolution Bar Waterford we filled Matthew in, while he was visiting, on some stunning ciders crafted in County Waterford like Legacy Irish Cider 🍎🍏 in Dungarvan and Viking Irish Drinks in Gaultier, East Waterford.

And fair dues to him, he's an adventurous soul 🙂👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼

🍏After all, variety is the spice of life and every variety of apple has its own unique flavour, some are sweet, tart, dry or bittersweet.

This Autumn take some time to try some handcrafted cider or fresh pressed apple juice...as we head into apple and cider season in Ireland! 🌳🍎 🧺

🌎WE'RE GOING GLOBAL this September Waterford Harvest Festival - Sinéad owner of Tasteful Tours, will be guiding the first daytime 'Global Taste Trail' through Waterford City on Saturday 5th Sept.
This tour sets off at 1.30pm from the Clock Tower on Meagher's Quay.

✨ Sinéad says, "I'm thrilled to be guiding this global trail! Food has a unique way of bringing people together, introducing them to new countries and flavours and telling the story of a culture"
