It’s been a busy and rewarding few days for Dr. Detta Melia as she carried out on-site inspections of prospective businesses for the Good Food Ireland® Collection.

From 𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐟𝐞́ and Kylemore Abbey in Galway to The Crolly Distillery and The Yellow Pepper Restaurant in Donegal, we’re thrilled to see the Collection continue to grow with businesses committed to Irish ingredients, food and culture.

The week finished with visits to familiar favourites already in the Collection – Breac.House, Rathmullan House, The Lemon Tree Restaurant Letterkenny and The Blue Goat Ramelton – all proudly celebrating Irish produce and hospitality.
