After crossing the finish line at Hell & Back , we welcomed our team back to the Summit gardens for some Family Fun.

While the sunshine didnt make an appearance, the rain stayed away just enough for a fantastic afternoon to be had.

One of the best parts of the day was meeting the families behind the people who work for us, We often see the dedication and hard work on site, but it was wonderful to spend time with the people who support our team behind the scenes.

As we celebrate this 10 Year milestone, we want to thank every employee, contractor, client, supplier and supporter who has been part of our journey so far. We appreciate everything you do and look forward to building the next chapter together.

And thank you to the Summit team members who helped organise, set up and clear away. Your willingness help wherever needed is what Summit is all about.

A gym in the office, because health isn't optional. Weekly supervisor meetings, because problems don't fix themselves.
Most of the lads have families, mortgages, kids waiting at home. Look after them properly, and the standards take care of themselves.
