A lady contacted us today to say she had found a beagle type dog in Wicklow town. The dog was checked for a chip but the chip is an English registered one , so the lady had thought could possibly belong to someone here on holiday. So if anyone may know of someone this dog could belong to then please let them know it's being kept up in Sharpeshill

In early June the summer residents of Silver Strand Caravan Park held a coffee morning with all proceeds going to Wicklow RNLI. So on Saturday afternoon the fundraising branch and some of the lifeboat crew travelled out to the Caravan park to meet up.

Karen Boyle from our fundraising branch was delighted to accept the donation of €2,300 from Maura and the residents on behalf of Wicklow RNLI.

This was a lovely gesture by the residents of and very much appreciated by our volunteer crew. Thank you.
