I am here to combine those two passions and share it with the ladies of Givat Shmuel! See you on the mat! I have always LOVED health and fitness. I began my journey as a gym rat, workout-a-holic, BRING ON THE CHALLENGE type of gal. But once I discovered yoga I was introduced to a whole new level of fitness challenges. I never imagined that "slow and controlled" could create so much sweat and give
me such a darn good workout! And the benefits are endless! I get an incredible workout, all while detoxing my body and distressing! As mentioned, I love a challenge. I treat my yoga practice the same as I treat my gym experience: in search of a challenge. I am always trying new things with my practice, and finding new creative flows to keep me on my toes.
