We don't usually brag, but this one was worth sharing.
After years of hoping to work with a highly respected travel agency, we finally had the opportunity to plan a journey to Israel together.
The trip came with its fair share of challenges, but our team did what we always strive to do: respond quickly, stay flexible, come up with an original, creative itinerary, and take care of every detail.
A few days after the trip, we received a thank-you email from the Travel Advisor that meant a great deal to us.
She mentioned that we were “super quick,” that we got back to her “in record time,” helped ease her client’s concerns, sent photos along the way, and checked in throughout the trip — a level of attentiveness she described as “above and beyond.”
The email ended with:
“I can't wait to work with you and your team again.”
There is no greater compliment.
