Three years on, October 7 is still with us, in the names we know by heart and the places we pass every day.

We remember the lives taken from us, and hold close the families who carry on their memory.

Our work is showing people this country, and for the last three years, that has meant seeing the devastation and grief up close. It has also meant seeing the strength and resilience of its people, as Israel rebuilds, brick by brick, community by community, in honor of those who are gone.

We remember the darkness of those days, and we look ahead with hope.

WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT COORDINATOR * please share!

Since 1989, Eshet Incoming has been bringing groups from around the world to Israel, for everything from faith-based tours to corporate events. We're looking for an organized, resourceful project coordinator (tour operator) to join our operations team and see each group through from first booking to final goodbye.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate the logistics for visiting groups: hotels, transportation, guides, sites and events
- Manage bookings and pre-arrival arrangements
- Be the day-to-day contact for clients abroad and suppliers in Israel
- Support groups while they're in the country and solve problems as they come up
- Help shape tailor-made programs for each group

WHAT YOU BRING
- Fluent English, spoken and written (interviews are held in English)
- Working-level Hebrew; other languages are a plus
- Experience as a tour operator or in travel, tourism, hospitality or event production
- The ability to juggle several groups and tasks at once without dropping details
- Good knowledge of Israel: its sites, routes and hotels
- A calm head under pressure and a team-first attitude

This year, Passover arrives at a time unlike any other. In these difficult days, the holiday—rooted in struggle, freedom, and renewal—feels especially meaningful.

As we gather around the Seder table, we are reminded that brighter days are surely ahead.

Last night, a group from Calvary Chapel, Fargo celebrated Purim in the costumes they brought with them. What a beautiful sight. Even during these challenging circumstances, they celebrated community and resilience. We feel so grateful to have this incredible group as our partner.

Today, we helped them with a quick and safe departure out of Israel, and they are on their way back home. Safe travels, friends--and we'll see you next time.
