MYC26' In King Hezekiah's Tunnel – one of Jerusalem's most unforgettable experiences!
About 2,700 years ago, as the Assyrian army threatened Jerusalem, Hezekiah's Tunnel was carved through solid rock to bring the waters of the Gihon Spring safely into the city, ensuring a secure water supply for its residents. Today, this remarkable engineering achievement is one of Israel's most fascinating historical attractions.
Walking through the cool water between the ancient stone walls is like stepping back into the pages of the Bible and experiencing history firsthand.
Every time I guide a group of teenagers here, I'm reminded how powerfully this place connects them to the stories of the Bible, the Land of Israel, and their heritage.
I highly recommend this unique experience to anyone who loves history, adventure, and meaningful places.
