Een relatief nieuwe opgraving die sinds enkele jaren te bezoeken is. Migdal (ook Magdala genoemd) was een vissersplaats aan het meer van Galilea. Wordt genoemd met die naam in het nieuwe testament (matth. 15:39)

Hula meren in de winter, in 3D.
Ook in het voorjaar, in de zomer en in het najaar een fantastisch gebied om te fietsen of te wandelen.
Elk voorjaar en elk najaar trekken hier zo'n 500.000.000!! vogels langs. Totaal jaarlijks 1 miljard. Een mega belangrijk ecologisch gebied.

18Behold the eye of the Lord is to those who fear Him, to those who hope for His kindness,
19to rescue their soul from death and to sustain them in famine.
20Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield.
21For our heart will rejoice in Him, because we hoped in His holy name.
