“Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” (Matthew 6:26)

Every Fall and Spring over 500 million birds migrate through Israel's Hula Valley making it a bird watchers paradise! The Valley is a critical stopover on the migratory route between Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Thousands of cranes, storks, pelicans, and birds of prey pause here to rest and feed, creating an awe-inspiring display of nature in motion.

EN GEDI
There was a time when David was on the run from King Saul, hunted, hiding, and heart-worn as he trusted God’s timing. David found shelter in desert places like En Gedi, an oasis in the desert that still exists today. He was a king without a crown, but not without a song. Even in desperation, David didn’t grow silent. He cried out in belief: “O God, You are my God, earnestly I seek You;my soul thirsts for You…” Psalm 63:1
That wasn’t polished praise. It was his heart-cry, a wilderness song.
And it speaks today reminding us that God doesn’t leave us in the desert. He meets us where we are and walks with us. He is the Living Water our soul thirsts for. En Gedi is a reminder of the refuge of our Father in difficult times.

Jesus didn’t just preach the Beatitudes…He lived them, perfectly. Pure. Humble. Merciful. Persecuted for righteousness. Jesus commands us to follow in His example and be salt and light in the world.

Matthew 5:15 takes on new meaning when you stand on the hillside overlooking the Galilee where Jesus spoke these truths that deeply challenge and guide us still today.

“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” Luke 6:35

Jesus spoke these words in the synagogue at Capernaum. Seeing the places where Jesus walked and taught and lived changes how you read the Bible. Come see these places for yourself...

Visiting the Western Wall is a holy and powerful experience for anyone visiting Jerusalem.

But did you know there’s a lesser-known portion of the same wall that extends into the Jewish Quarter, called the Small Western Wall?

Though not as well-known or as large as the main wall, this peaceful spot offers a quiet place for prayer and reflection—perfect when you need a moment away from the crowds.

Imagine for a moment, walking the maze of streets in the Old City of Jerusalem. You pass bustling market stalls as the cobbled street of the Via Dolorosa leads you around one corner, then another. After a few moments, the street opens up into a small courtyard. The sun warms your face as you take in the stone buildings, and you realize you are standing in front of The Church of the Holy Sepulcher — one of the most holy places in the Christian faith. Housed under the dark blue domes of this ancient church, built in 326 AD, is where many Christians and scholars believe is the exact location of Jesus’ crucifixion, burial, and resurrection.

As you step through the large wooden doors, your eyes adjust to the candlelit, reverent atmosphere filling the church. To your right, narrow steps lead up to the site where Jesus died on the cross. To your left, the Aedicule, an ornate shrine, houses the tomb where Jesus was buried and resurrected. You make your way through the church as Jesus' followers have done for more than 1,700 years. You’re standing in the place of history — history that changed the world and all eternity. History that changed your life. There is a sense of awe, reverence, and perhaps even questions as you take it all in. There’s nowhere on earth like the Holy Land, where history and faith bring the Scripture to life. Come and see for yourself…

Beneath the Jewish Quarter in the heart of Jerusalem’s Old City, ancient homes and courtyards have been excavated.

Among these ruins is a significant discovery—the home of Caiaphas, the High Priest.
It is here that the Bible recounts the moment Peter warmed his hands by the fire while Jesus was questioned by Caiaphas.
It was also in this same courtyard that Peter denied Jesus.

Luke 22:61 "The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: "Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times."

Psalm 57:5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
David, on the run from King Saul, penned these words of praise in the desert. In the midst of his struggles, he chose to lift his eyes to God’s glory. Just as David found refuge in God's unwavering faithfulness, we too find our strength and peace in the Father.
