Let's talk about the Bar or Bat Mitzvah tradition. What is it exactly?
Why do we do it?

It’s a Jewish coming of age ceremony.
It's a point in life when our children become accountable for their action
It's an opportunity to make a stop and reflect on what it means to be Jewish, and while you're at it - you can even sneak in a few thoughts about what it means to be human.

It’s a wonderful event for the whole family and everyone around the Bar or Bat Mitzvah boy or girl. But mostly – it is meant for them.

So, if you choose to celebrate this special event by taking your adolescent children all the way across the ocean, hoping to enrich them with values and knowledge, you better make sure they have some fun😉.
You better make them curious enough to have questions and create an atmosphere that allows them to ask.

We call it education, though it's best not to say that word in front of a 13 or 12-year-old kid. What you can say to your children is that they are in for an adventure of a lifetime and let us do the rest.

WOO HOO YEAH!!!!

We got ourselves into the TripAdvisor Hall of fame!!!!
That’s because we have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years!

Couldn’t have done it without the warm recommendations of the wonderful people who have chosen to experience their Israeli adventure with us over the years.
Here's a little sample -

"the most fantastic tour guide and the most knowledgeable. From food, to history, to geography, to politics... he knew it all. He was a pleasure to listen to as he spoke to you, not at you the way some other tour guides do... and most importantly he spoke with his heart. his love of his country came through with every word. He treated us like family and became part of ours. It was an amazing experience that we will remember forever"

Took today to see the heart of Jerusalem. Going to Jerusalem on a Friday is always festive no matter what quarter you go to. In the Jewish quarter, they are getting ready for Shabbat evening. In the Muslim one, there are the prayers on Temple Mount. In the Christian Quarter, there are a lot more people walking the Via Dolorosa at the same time of the week that Jesus of Nazareth walked it.

When you walk out of the old city and walk to the Mahane Yehuda market that is the time of week just before it closes that there are the most people there.

We Finished by touring Bethlehem and back to our hotel. The excitement was at a peak!

Have you been to Haifa?
Haifa is the third largest city in Israel and is a symbol of coexistence and multiculturalism. Here is another reason why!
You might want to think of adding it as a stop on your next Israel experience.
