To appreciate Tel Aviv, the first Hebrew city in the world, founded in 1909, you have to first understand Chaim Nachman Bialik. A visit to his house on Bialik Street is a must. It is one of the most beautiful and unique houses in Tel Aviv, which is now a museum, housing Bialik's original furniture and his library including 94 books he wrote, translated into 28 languages. The house Bauhaus style, highly influenced by Islamic art. Both inside and out, the house is an architectural and artistic gem.
