Routes Travel (www.routestravel.com ), Israel's leading boutique incoming travel company, is looking for wonderful people to join our team.

We are recruiting dedicated Tour Operators to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Responsibilities include:
• Communicating with customers, and developing curated content and seamless logistics.
• Special event and delegation management

Position requirements:
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) at mother tongue level - mandatory
• Fluent Hebrew (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience working in the incoming tourism industry – not mandatory
• Customer service and teamwork skills
• Comprehensive computer skills (with expertise in Microsoft and Google platforms)

This is a Full-time position based in Jerusalem (with an immediate start date)
