Wonderful post. Breaking news, the Israel antiquities Authority is now digging a newly discovered complex (huge) dating back to the same period (First Temple), very close to the Katef Hinom site. The "new" site is at the First Station area that has been cleared and is now under construction. Stay in touch for developments and book a tour.
