Last week was the IMTM Tourism fair in Tel Aviv.
First time since the Abraham Agreements, so first time that tourism professionals from Bahrain, UAE (1971) and Morocco (1956) came as exhibitors.

We will do the opposite and will be part of the Israel Pavilion on the ATM in Dubai.

One of the oldest mosques in the world uncovered in Tiberias at the Sea of Galilee

Following the Arab conquests of the region in the 7th century, Tiberias became the capital of Jund al-Urdun, the Jordanian military district, making it a political and economic center.

The Al-Juma (Friday) Mosque could only be found after removing the foundations of a 8th century mosque that was built on top of it.

Israel and the United Arab Emirates are set to sign a visa exemption treaty Tuesday, in what will be the Jewish state’s first such agreement with an Arab country, according to Israeli officials.

The treaty will be signed during high-level meetings and a ceremony in Tel Aviv attended by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and two senior UAE ministers — part of the first high-level delegation from the Gulf nation to visit Israel.

The expected 100,000-250,000 visitors a year from each side have to wait until January before they can start flying to each other.

Direct flights between Israel and the UAE, slated to begin in October, are to be postponed until January because of the coronavirus..

Congratulations, Pogacar of Team Emirates took over the Yellow Jersey today. Normally nothing changes on the last day, which is tomorrow, which means this 21 year old guy wins as the youngest guy since 1904.

Israel also has a team in the Tour de France and hosted the start of the Giro d'Italia, which started in Jerusalem in 2018.
