On behalf of Qantas, which we represent as GSA in Germany, Melanie De Melo had a fantastic day at the AERTiCKET GmbH Spring Day Deluxe in Berlin last Friday!

With beautiful summer weather, the event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with travel agency and tour operator partners, exchange insights, and share the latest news and developments from Qantas.

It was great to meet so many familiar and new faces, strengthen relationships, and discuss opportunities to inspire more travelers to explore Australia and beyond.

The day wrapped up with a wonderful evening event featuring refreshing drinks, a delicious BBQ buffet, and plenty of enjoyable networking conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.

Thank you to the AERTiCKET team for organizing such a successful event and to everyone who took the time to connect.

On 17 June 2026, in Toulouse, history was made as Qantas unveiled its first Airbus A350-1000ULR, marking a monumental step forward for Project Sunrise.

As a proud GSA partner for Qantas in over 14 countries worldwide, TAL Aviation Group is thrilled by this announcement and what it means for the future of global connectivity.

The historic Sydney–London non-stop service is set to launch in October 2027, saving passengers up to 4 hours compared to current one-stop services.

Qantas will take delivery of 12 custom-built Airbus A350-1000ULRs, each capable of flying for up to 22 hours.

RwandAir wins Best Cabin Service in Africa at the 2026 APEX Awards!

We are pleased to announce that RwandAir, which we proudly represent as GSA in Italy, has been honored with the Best Cabin Service in Africa Award at the prestigious APEX Awards 2026!

This marks the airline's first-ever recognition for its onboard customer experience.

The award was presented at the APEX Future Travel Experience (FTE) EMEA event held in Dublin. It is based exclusively on independently verified passenger feedback collected from over one million flights worldwide.

Congratulations once again to RwandAir on this well-deserved honor.

On June 8, TAL Aviation Italy had the honor of being in Bari to celebrate the inaugural flight of Israir ישראייר's new route between Tel Aviv and Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport.

As Israir's GSA for Italy, TAL Aviation Group is proud to announce this new connection, which operates with two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays starting from June 8 through the end of October.

This new scheduled route joins those already operating from Verona, Rome FCO, Naples and Catania and contributes to strengthening the company's presence in Southern Italy by offering new opportunities in terms of both outgoing and incoming flights.

Our TAL Aviation Spain team recently joined the event organized by Destinos del Mundo, where our colleagues shared all the latest news from Qantas with our partners.

During the event there was an opportunity to discuss increased capacity, progress on Project Sunrise – Qantas continues to add new A321XLRs to its routes and will soon welcome its 24 A350-1000 aircraft.

A huge thank you to Destinos del Mundo and especially to ARTURO MIL CONTRERAS and Yasmina Yébenes Piera for that fantastic presentation of Australia.
